Binding arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and BoatStorageFinder agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Arbitration will be conducted in English and, unless otherwise agreed, on a documents-only or telephonic basis.

Exception: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, without waiving the right to arbitrate.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
