How to Choose the Right Storage Size
Choosing the right storage size for your boat or RV comes down to three factors: vehicle length, vehicle height, and the level of weather protection you need.
As a rule of thumb, your storage spot should be at least 2 feet longer than your vehicle (including trailer tongue or hitch) and 10โ14 feet wide to allow comfortable access on both sides.
Indoor and dry-stack facilities have height restrictions โ check ceiling clearance before booking, especially for sailboats with masts or Class A motorhomes with roof-mounted AC units.
